Strikr measures the speed of a soccer kick from video. It is designed so that nothing about you leaves your device.
The app asks for no other permissions. Ball detection runs on your device with a bundled model; nothing is downloaded and no video is uploaded.
Videos you record or import, the measurements Strikr makes from them, share clips you export, and a JSON diagnostics record for each analysis are stored in the app's own Documents folder on your device. Because the app enables file sharing, that folder is visible in the Files app and in Finder when your phone is connected to a Mac, so you can view, copy or delete those files yourself. You can also delete kicks inside the app, which removes their video and diagnostics record. Deleting the app removes everything.
Nothing of its own. Strikr has no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and makes no network requests of its own; the only network traffic is Apple's App Store fetching subscription prices and handling purchases when you open the upgrade screen. Files only leave your device when you choose to share them: a share clip through the system share sheet, or the diagnostics records through Settings → Export debug JSON.
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; Strikr only receives whether a subscription is active.
